Rosé dessert wine made using the technique of grape dehydration from Pinot Grigio grapes. It has an orange-pink color. The aroma carries notes of caramel, sweet melon, and peach.
Not a single gram of added sugar; approximately 3 kg of carefully selected grapes were used to produce one 0.5L bottle of wine.
It pairs best with desserts.
