Ruby in color, it offers aromas of raisins, blackberries, chocolate, and plums, complemented by good acidity and an intense, long-lasting berry finish.
Pairs best with pork or veal ribs in berry sauce, deep-fried Camembert, cheesecake, brownies, and more.
