An ordinary dry white table wine. A 50/50 blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.
Pale lemon in color.
Aromas of white flowers, Duchess pear, and peach, with a subtle herbal and mineral note.
Light, pleasant, and fresh on the palate, with well-balanced acidity and a medium finish.
Pairs well with seafood, mild cheeses, and light appetizers.
